Custom Basins Limited is an Award Winning small family run business (founded by husband and wife team; Niko and Annie) that came after what seemed an endless search to have hot and cold water in Annie's salon that had no access to a mains water connection.
"We needed something practical and wanted something stylish and modern,so we ended up creating our own system!"...Modern vanity and basin units that use a fully automatic system to give consistent hot and cold water with no mains water connection needed.
All that's required are two standard electric sockets.The 'custom' in Custom Basins really does mean what it says; if you have a particular colour or style requirement, you can contact us, and together we can work with you to find your perfect unit.

Our Story
Our story began in 2017 when Annie opened Bellissima Beauty, a home salon offering all aspects of beauty & aesthetics.
Following a trip to Olympia Beauty in late 2017, we discovered a new wax brand for the salon:Wax Logic. In 2018 we took over the distribution of Wax Logic products for the UK market and launched Wax Logic UK in January 2019.
Since then, we have grown to a bigger and beautiful salon inside a business centre in West Swindon, where Annie has also launched Bellissima Beauty Training, a dedicated training academy offering 1-to-1 training to launch your beauty career. We are also in the process of launching MyFixation as a new brand!
The need for a practical hot and cold water supply brought us to create Custom Basins as, like us, many other businesses are in the same situation!

FOUNDER
Niko
The man behind the business, and the one hands on working on all your orders in our warehouse, meet our Founder Niko. Full of innovative ideas, Niko is the driving force at Custom Basins, and is the go-to for everything operations.
If you’ve got an idea for a unit but you’re not sure if it’s possible, Niko’s there to support and guide you in designing the unit of your dreams, making the impossible possible.
Niko’s background is in sales and customer service. When he’s not making units, Niko can be found cooking or eating!
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Harley
Harley has been an invaluable asset to our team, his dedication and hard work have quickly made him an integral part of our operations.
Harley has mastered the intricacies of building and managing units, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Thanks to his commitment, we can confidently take time away, knowing that our units will continue without pause.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Lindsay
Lindsay is originally from Canada and has been in the UK for almost 11 years. With over 20 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her beautiful family and their cocker spaniel. She also loves practicing yoga and finding fun in her everyday life.

Annie
Annie is not only a successful entrepreneur but also a caring mother and a vital member of our team at Custom Basins.
Today, she runs a thriving @bellissimabeauty beauty salon in Swindon, offers training to aspiring beauticians @bellissimabeautytraining, and has even launched a new business @myfixationuk.
Alongside her husband and Co-Founder Niko, Annie plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of Custom Basins. She is always ready to answer your queries, place orders, arrange shipments, and ensure that our processes run smoothly.
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Nathan
With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the furniture and distribution industry, Nathin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.
Outside of work, he loves spending quality time with his family and chasing the sun on his travels abroad.

Abbie
Abbie is face behind our social media and email marketing here at Custom Basins
She’s our go to for editing our videos/reels, creating content, updating our website, engaging with our community and putting together our weekly email newsletters.
Abbie is the Founder of Little Lemon Marketing, and we’re pleased to have her expertise and creativity on board!
