This offer is designed for customers who are happy to create high-quality video content that Custom Basins may use across its marketing and social media platforms.

How to Apply

To apply for the cashback offer, please message Custom Basins directly.

Customers must have purchased a Custom Basins unit and must be able to provide suitable video content that meets the eligibility requirements below.

Cashback Offer

Eligible customers may receive 25% cashback on their order value, capped at a maximum of £250.

Cashback will only be paid once the submitted video content has been reviewed and approved by Custom Basins.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, customers must provide clear, well-lit video content that includes the following:

  • Unboxing footage of the Custom Basins unit

  • Setup and first use of the unit

  • The unit being used during real treatments

  • Clear, high-quality, well-lit video footage

  • Content that is suitable for Custom Basins to repost across social media, advertising, website, email marketing, and other promotional channels

The Custom Basins unit and branding must be clearly visible in the submitted content.

Content That Will Not Qualify

The following will not qualify for cashback:

  • Screenshots

  • Photos only

  • Incomplete videos

  • Poor-quality or unclear footage

  • Videos where the unit is not clearly visible

  • Content that is not suitable for reposting or promotional use

  • Content that does not include the required unboxing, setup, first-use, and in-treatment footage

Custom Basins reserves the right to reject any content that does not meet the required standard.

Payment Eligibility

Cashback is only available on fully paid orders.

This offer is not valid on pay monthly orders, finance orders, instalment plans, payment plans, or any order where the full balance has not been paid in full.

Cashback will not be processed until the order has been fully paid and the video content has been approved.

Approval Process

All submitted content will be reviewed by Custom Basins.

Cashback is not guaranteed simply by submitting content. Content must be approved by Custom Basins before any cashback payment is issued.

Custom Basins has full discretion to decide whether submitted content meets the required standard for the offer.

Once approved, cashback will be processed using the payment method confirmed by Custom Basins.

Usage Rights

By submitting video content as part of this cashback offer, you grant Custom Basins permission to use, edit, repost, publish, and share the submitted content across its marketing channels.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • TikTok

  • Website content

  • Paid advertisements

  • Email marketing

  • Promotional campaigns

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that any people shown in the video have given permission for the footage to be used for promotional purposes.

Customer Requirements

To take part in this offer, customers must:

  • Be based in the UK

  • Be an existing Custom Basins customer

  • Have purchased a genuine Custom Basins unit

  • Have fully paid for their order

  • Submit original video content created by them

  • Ensure the content is clear, well-lit, and suitable for reposting

  • Allow Custom Basins to use the submitted content for marketing purposes

Offer Limitations

  • One cashback claim per customer/order.

  • Cashback is capped at a maximum of £250.

  • This offer cannot be exchanged for any alternative discount, credit, or product.

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless agreed in writing by Custom Basins.

  • Custom Basins reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw this offer at any time.

  • Custom Basins reserves the right to refuse cashback where the terms have not been met.

Fraud, Misuse & Disqualification

Custom Basins reserves the right to reject any application or withhold cashback if it believes that:

  • The content is misleading, copied, staged inappropriately, or not genuine

  • The order has not been fully paid

  • The customer is on a pay monthly or finance plan

  • The submitted content does not meet the eligibility requirements

  • The customer has breached these terms and conditions

  • There has been misuse of the offer

Processing Cashback

Once the submitted content has been approved and the customer’s order has been confirmed as fully paid, cashback will be processed.

Processing times may vary. Custom Basins will confirm the next steps once the content has been approved.
