• Custom Basins eGift Cards are available to purchase in selected values through our website.
• After purchase, a member of our team will issue the purchaser with a unique discount code equal to the value purchased, plus an additional 10% promotional credit.
• For example, a £100 eGift Card purchase will provide a discount code worth £110 to spend on eligible Custom Basins products.
• The discount code may be used towards, or to purchase, self-contained compliant sinks, portable sinks, handwashing stations, and related systems available on our website.
• eGift Card discount codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, any unused balance will expire.
• eGift Cards and discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• Each discount code is issued individually and should be treated like cash. Custom Basins is not responsible for lost, deleted, stolen, or misused codes once issued.
• The code must be used at checkout on our website. It cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
• Unless stated otherwise, eGift Card discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, or special offer.
• The discount code must be used in a single transaction, and no change, credit, or cash balance will be issued for any unused amount.
• eGift Cards may not be used to purchase additional eGift Cards.
• Custom Basins reserves the right to cancel any eGift Card or discount code where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.
• Custom Basins reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, but this will not affect valid eGift Cards already purchased.
