Extended mechanical warranty for Backwash Systems
Current prices: 1 Year Cover £149 · 3 Year Cover £409.
This optional cover is designed to protect the relevant mechanical parts of the water system after the initial 12-month warranty period.
What is covered: defects or malfunctions in covered mechanical parts arising during normal use, subject to assessment and these warranty terms.
What is not covered: normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorised repairs, and non-mechanical parts. Sensor taps and bespoke units/systems are excluded unless Custom Basins confirms otherwise in writing.
If a covered part is suspected to be faulty, Custom Basins may first troubleshoot by video call. A faulty part may need to be returned for assessment. If no fault is found, return/shipping costs may be chargeable.
One claim is permitted in any 365-day warranty period. Cover is transferable to a new owner if the ownership details are updated with Custom Basins.
To make a claim, contact info@custombasins.co.uk with proof of purchase, the original order number and a clear description of the issue, including photographs or video where possible.
