Thank you for considering our extended warranty for mechanical parts. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase:
• Scope: This warranty covers only mechanical parts of the product, as specified in the manufacturer's user manual.
• Duration: The extended warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for an additional 364 days.
• Coverage: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the mechanical parts of the product that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs.
• Repair or Replacement: If a covered defect or malfunction occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you. The defected part must be returned to Custom Basins to be assessed for repairs, where a repair isn’t possible a replacement part will be sent. If the part is not found to be faulty then the shipping costs will be chargeable to the customer.
To reduce the risk of unnecessary charges, a video call can be arranged to troubleshoot the fault.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any non-mechanical parts of the product.
• Claim Process: To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service department at hello@custombasins.co.uk.
You will need to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem with a video or pictures where possible.
•One claim per any 365 days warranty period.
• Transferability: This warranty is transferable to a new owner if the product is sold or gifted within the warranty period. Please contact our customer service department to update the warranty information; we will need the original order number with original purchaser details and the new owner details.
• Limitations: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the product, and there are no other warranties, express or implied. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as described above. Should a claim be made without a cover already in place, the full price of the replacement part will apply.
